Scope
This policy applies to bardiclearningsystems.com only. Each Bardic Learning Systems subsidiary operates its own product and maintains its own privacy policy. StoryPass Learning's privacy policy is published at storypasslearning.com/privacy.
What we collect
The bardiclearningsystems.com website collects almost no personal data. Specifically:
- If you write to us at inquiries@bardiclearningsystems.com, your email address and the contents of your message reach our inbox. We use this only to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregate traffic patterns (page views, country-level location, device category, referrer) without setting cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
The website does not use behavioral advertising cookies, third-party trackers, marketing pixels, or session-replay tools.
How we use it
Email correspondence is used solely to respond to the sender and to maintain a record of the exchange. Aggregate traffic data is used to understand which pages are visited and to inform website maintenance. We do not sell, rent, or share email correspondence or analytics data with third parties.
Service providers
The bardiclearningsystems.com website is hosted on Cloudflare. Email correspondence is handled through standard email infrastructure. Cloudflare and our email infrastructure providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as the matter remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Cloudflare's standard retention period.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any email correspondence you have sent us by writing to inquiries@bardiclearningsystems.com. Aggregate analytics data is not personally identifiable and cannot be linked back to an individual visitor for deletion purposes.
Children's privacy
bardiclearningsystems.com is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Subsidiary products that serve children, including StoryPass Learning, maintain their own COPPA-compliant practices governed by their respective privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantive changes that affect existing correspondents will be communicated by email where possible.
